The Financial Institution was registered with the Government of Nepal under the Company Act 2031 (now changed to Company Act 2063) on the date July 24,1992 and has been operating under the Bank and Financial Institution Act 2063. Nepal Rastra Bank, the Central Bank of Nepal, had issued the license of commencement on January 16, 1994. The company has been scaling itself to the intensity of competition and improving the learning curve to address the economic movements of the country. The registered office of the company is moved from Aradhan Complex Bagbazar to the 4th floor of Karmachari Sanchayakosh Building, Sundhara, Kathmandu Metro city-22.
