Cash dividend and bonus share of Nirdhan Utthan Bank Ltd

The 159th BOD meeting of the bank has decided to disrtibute 11.87% cash dividend and 3.92% bonus share to shareholders.This decision subjects to approval of NRB and its upcoming AGM.
